Instead of English version and you sent me Korean version, how can I read? I am Vietnamese and I was born and live in Canada, I only can read English and now by this mistake I want to send books back to you and switch them to English version, nothing different and I am the one will pay for shipping but why you denied, why you don’t accept it?
Do you only care how much, how many to sell out your stuffs but you don’t care about your customers feeling? Is that your service like that?

I’ve just received my parcel, the box itself was pierced on one side, but I understand it’s fault of the delivery company. The main point that books were packed well and came without any damage.
