Smooth Shipping for Blind Box Orders from China & MOFUN Pre-Orders Update

We appreciate your patience as we finalize the logistics for our blind box orders from China. Given the complexities of international shipping—including warehousing challenges, potential tariff concerns, and courier selection—we took extra time to ensure a smooth process.

To minimize potential damages, we invested in custom-made cardboard boxes specifically designed for the blind boxes. After thorough research and trials with multiple couriers and warehouses in China, we have successfully partnered with a reliable logistics provider. Some blind box orders have already been shipped, and we’re pleased to report that most have arrived without issue. The bulk of remaining blind box orders will be shipped out in the coming week.

For orders that contain both Korean and Chinese items, we encountered additional logistical hurdles. However, we’ve identified a viable solution, and those orders will be shipped out soon as well.

Solution

To streamline shipping, we are transferring the Korean items to our China warehouse before dispatching your package. We understand the wait may be longer than expected, so we’ve decided to cover this additional shipping cost ourselves, ensuring no extra charge to you. We truly appreciate your patience and are working hard to get your order shipped as soon as possible.

We understand the wait has been longer than anticipated, but as this is our first large-scale fulfillment from China, we want to ensure every step is handled with care.

MOFUN Pre-Orders Are Now Shipping

In addition, we’re excited to share that MOFUN pre-order items have arrived at our Korean warehouse. Our team is now processing and shipping them sequentially, ensuring a timely and organized delivery.
