Alien Stage - Anakt Garden Collection Acrylic Stand + Lenticular Postcard Set

Packaging was great and was super happy to get these! Great addition to my collection :D I love the lenticular postcards!

The product shipped nicely and I love it! Nothing was broken and it arrived quickly from when it said it would ship. My problem lies in the communication aspect of this order. I forgot one item (this one) in my first order and when I asked support they recommended me to place a new order and let them know so they could merge shipping into one big order which I was excited about since I didn’t want to cancel my first order and shipping for one acrylic stand is about twice the price of the item itself! I followed their instructions and they confirmed the orders were combined and I just had to wait. I then got an email saying my order shipped but I knew not all of my products were ready, and sure enough it was just this product that shipped. Concerned, I reached out to support multiple times but they ignored my emails for the first few days before the product was already out and they finally said that the orders were combined. Previously they answered my questions the same day or a few hours later. Confused I said that I wanted the shipping combined. Then after multiple emails they basically said there was nothing they could do even though I had emails in the previous chain stating they had already noted to combine my orders and that they were the ones who recommended me to do this in the first place! I felt very unsatisfied by the support and the response, when asked how I should go about this situation again they just said there was nothing they could do and didn’t really answer my question. It was a good way to buy proxy items and I look forward to the rest of my order, but I would have to look elsewhere if I were to order items again as I felt the customer support was very u helpful and that with the price i already paid to ship my other order + not being able to confirm that my shipping was combined (when they stated it) and not get any helpful response was what brought my experience down to the bottom. :( luckily I can afford it but if someone else was hoping to be refunded in that situation they would be out that money. It’s a good proxy not very reliable in this case and if you are considering purchasing from them, do not expect them to follow through what they say in every situation.
