Came in perfect condition, there were no scratches or dents in the art book or drawing book. Would buy from harumio again! My only complaint is I had to cancel 2 other items in my order (the poster book and photo card set) because they were marked as not ready for like 2 months. I understand it’s hard to get these products though since they sell out fast, so still 5 stars.

I've made a modification on my order, but thankfully the refund went smoothly, so the artbook got shipped immediately after it.
It arrived within 1.5 weeks to Europe, and FedEx even offered possible delivery days to choose from.
The artbook itself arrived in perfect condition, all the extra photocards and the drawing book were included. I can recommend to everybody.
The photocards are bigger than I expected. The drawing book contains sketches mainly about Ivan and Till.
The artbook is full of concept arts, lores, director commentary, behind the scenes and deleted artworks. Every round's production (up to round 6) is detailed, we got character profiles both on humans and aliens, and there are also additional art at the back.

I was worried that this would be a scam because the shipping costs more than the actual product and there weren’t a lot of reviews at the time too, but the art book came. It also looks pretty accurate to me.
There were SOME dents as well but that’s okay.

Es la mejor compra que he hecho, si bien el envío fue elevado llego muy rápido (en una semana), deberían proteger más las esquinas de los libros porque en el trayecto se doblan, pero en un todo llegó bastante bien, es enorme y me enviaron prints de regalo definitivamente volveré a comprar en un futuro.

the stuff came in pretty good shape, but one of the corners got slightly dented and damaged on both the drawing book and artbook. However, other than that it looks okay. The posters are in good condition! I'm glad I managed to get the limited edition before the stock ran out!

Terrible experience purchasing through this service. Since the book came out a few weeks after the CD, I emailed customer service to ask if there was any way to combine the items. They confirmed that I could in fact combine my orders to pay 1 shipping, rather than 2 separate charges. I asked to make sure I wouldn't be charged twice and they confirmed. So I bought the book, asked to combine the orders, and they confirmed they would combine them.
Then, they went ahead and shipped them separately anyway. I asked why they did this, after confirming with me, and they told me it was never an option to combine "pop-up shop" items. When I told them they told me I could prior to my purchase, they basically shrugged and said oh well.
This wouldn't have been an issue if they just told me from the start that I should cancel the first order and re-order them together. I believe they purposely misinformed me so they could charge me twice, rather than once.
TLDR: Customer service will misinform you so they can charge you more in shipping.
Book arrived with damage to inner pages.

The artbook itself was shipped to me in near-perfect condition, with all the pieces it was supposed to. No complaints there. However, I emailed Harumio when I initially made the order to add it to my first order, as the FAQ on the website said that was something they could do. For whatever reason, this did not happen, causing me to pay an additional $40 in shipping than what I was planning on. I fully understand that sometimes things get mixed up, but regardless, better communication would have been appreciated.
