It came in two boxes. The outer box was almost completely undamaged, the there was a layer of bubble wrap, then the inner box that held the books. Overall, the packaging was so good that I almost believe I didn’t need the insurance. However I feel like if there had been something damaged or it had gone missing, then Harumio would have 100% replaced my item or fixed the problem.
