Day Needs - Miffy Candle Warmer

It's just a candle warmer with a Miffy doll. The Miffy doll came damaged and the colors didn't match the pictures on the website or the box. The switch on the candle warmer also had copper wire sticking out from the plastic, which makes me uncomfortable using the product because it's a potential fire hazard and I'm not confident that the wiring inside the switch is done correctly if it's sticking out from the sides. Honestly I think I might have received a fake. Especially with the color/paint on the doll being off. I emailed Harumio and messaged them on Instagram but haven't received a response to my email. The responded on Instagram saying they've escalated the complaint but when I checked back in they told me they haven't heard back from the warehouse so they can't give me any information. Harumio has a no return and no refund policy, and cannot offer a refund for damage on arrival after 2 weeks from the delivery date. At this rate I'm going to run out of time to get a refund before they give me any actual response. Considering how expensive this item was after conversation from USD to CAD and having to pay customs, I wouldn't waste your money on this. You need a step up converter to use the candle warmer in Canada which can cost hundreds of dollars. Just get a candle warmer local to you and buy a Miffy doll somewhere else.
