The product itself is great, I used it as soon as I received it. However, my customer experience was horrible as soon as I confirmed my order: on your site it says that the product is delivered between 4 and 10 days by express delivery, but my parcel was sent more than 2 months after my order confirmation! I had to call your support team several times to find out the status of my order, and each time I never got any exact or precise information. It was only when I asked for a refund of my payment that my parcel arrived. I'm disappointed that I didn't get any compensation for your delay in sending my order. It was the 1st and last time I ordered from you, and I don't want to wait another 2 months to receive a notebook that I wanted to start in January and that I ended up starting at the end of March.
