Bought Vol. 1-6 and novels 1-3. Came as advertised. No bends or folds due to shipping. Quality of the item is great. The manhwas feel "weighty" - didn't know that they packed so many pages in one volume. It's probably because they're full print pages at around 200 pages per volume.
Though, I do wish the item selection would note that the items don't include the goods. The goods were noted on the product images, but not included in the set.

Overall, this is a quality product - too beautiful to be used so I decided to put it on display. It’ll be more worth it if there is an Eng version for the manhwa book though.

I ordered a bulk order, and when I opened it I realized it was missing one of the volumes. I contacted support, and by morning (in Korea) I had an email saying they will see what they could do. Two hours later i am sent a Fed ex tracking number for the book. So by 36 hours after I opened my original package, the missing volume is already in the US. The books are in perfect condition and customer services is amazing and fast.

This was AMAZINGGGGGG!!!!!!!! First off i would love to mention that not only is the packaging and condition wonderful, but the customer service is 1000000/10. I had moved homes and had emailed harumio customer support and they had emailed back immediately, were super nice, and solved the problem in just a few hours! They put so much thought into your package and are just so thorough with the bubble wrap and protection. I mean my package shipped from korea all the way to the united states and you cant even tell. It’s in absolute perfection! And i am so thankful for spoon including all these goodies for this volume and putting so much thought and detail behind each item.
